Maui-Kauai-Oahu-Hawaii

This 168 pound Blue Marlin was landed aboard the Magic in Kewalo Basin Marina on Oahu. I have fished on this boat 6 times and have caught Marlin, Ono, Mahi Mahi, Aku and Spearfish Marlin. This is the best Captain and crew I have fished with. I have been on a few other boats in the harbor, but like this boat the best. It’s a 50′ Pacifica and is very comfortable.

The captain is Russell Tanaka who has over 20 years of experience in commercial fishing in the Hawaiian waters. Russell tanaka holds several distinctions, being the only skipper in the world to have caught the largest fish in a tournament weighing in at over a 1,000 pounds twice! And the only skipper in Hawai’i who has caught three marlins over 1,000 pounds. Russell uses his expertise to try to assure good catches for his passengers.
